Nowadays we see every tom dick and harry with a slr camera… ever wondered why so much hype for this? Looking at it in its positive side we can understand that everyone is trying to make himself stand out of the crowd by adopting this art as a tool. This is the art that provides you a platform to show the rest the beauty your eyes encountered and helps you share it as well! Artists in earlier days painted what they saw but artists nowadays capture what they see ! so get out there and start clicking it’s never too late!

Do you believe in luck?
Do you believe in luck??
This is a weird question people pose…god knows what could it possibly imply! From the time I was a little kid I wondered what luck actually meant…. I do not know what it actually implies even now! Predominantly luck is considered as an unexpected happening when things do not occur the usual way!
Luck is also considered as a key to success without hard work. But what really intrigues me is that could something like that possibly happen? I personally do not believe in anything unless I get a real life experience. so as I keep wondering about it another perspective was raised which is….”is luck just a happening backed up by destiny”? As peculiar as it may seem do people name it luck just because it is destined to happen?? So everything that happens around us is destined to occur? Or is it that we name it luck for the pleasure and pride of it?? I am clueless about this luck factor… for instance people possess lucky numbers, lucky charms, lucky stones etc… my question is are these were the ones that made someone feel lucky or is it that their love for their possession made them feel that its presence made them feel lucky about it? Lot more questions and contradictions keep arising …and all that I am left with is more of these! Hope I find the answer someday……..

Solitude is Bliss
As I was wondering about what to be written in the next blog... I realized as to how many options kept popping in my mind. This idea dawned in me as was left alone to myself when my roommate was away. I could feel the space for thought I needed. The reason being, usually I do get lost in me even when people are around me. As they say I am absent minded! It is true to an extent but at times deep within me a thought train keeps racing ahead of my conscience. But I personally feel that when a person is left to herself/himself the chain of thoughts can be governed by one’s conscience. When you are aware of what is running through your mind you allow yourself to explore yourself! When you are constantly surrounded by people’s buzz you are aware of your circumstances but unaware of your inner self. It does not mean that u should be a recluse but then do find time for yourself and discover the inner you! You are assured of surprises! So when you do so solitude does become a blissful moment!

The Feminist in me
This is my first attempt in blogging … I don’t know if I am doing the right thing but I thought I could just give it a try . After all what is the harm in trying out new things!! I guess being a little experimental does no harm .Today I had my English semester exam where in I was given a topic “working women do not have time for their children.” I was asked to write supporting and opposing this topic. I personally feel that what I had written opposing this topic had brought about the feminist in me. This is how I began…
It is undeniably true that working women do not have time for their children. What I basically feel that a woman is also a soul just like a man. She was not born in this world to become only a mother. I t is true that a woman becomes a wholesome soul after her child birth as she almost gives up herself for the new life she is creating that is craving for its existence .But she is also, yet another soul like a man and is bound to have her own desires ,aspirations and expectations for her life . The starting point to achieve all this in her life is her career. When asked to give up her life for a life that is yet to be shaped just seems too unfair. So as I was thinking of a solution for this issue first thing that popped up in my head why can’t a man share the upbringing of his offspring along with his wife? A marriage between a man and woman is successful only when each of them give up a part of themselves in order to interweave their lives. So why can’t a man give up his time for the life he is equally responsible of? So when the couple take turns and share their responsibility in the upbringing the child will be blessed with the mother’s love as well as the father’s guidance. The reason being that, predominantly in the Indian society a father is always considered
A strict personality and is always away from the reach of his children. But when such a scenario is set up the father can also be the kid’s best pal. I feel it is fair because when a woman financially supports the man why can’t a man morally support his wife? This brings about a balance in environment where the family is both financially and morally supported by couple. A family that is both financially and morally stable would be the best place for child to bloom into a beautiful human being that she/he is destined to be!
